We are pleased to offer a special two for one combined registration rate for delegates wanting to attend both the APAC Wind Energy Summit 2025 (16-18 September) and EnergyFest Industry 2025 (22-23 October).
All participants are required to officially register to attend the Summit. Please read the
following information, along with the registration terms and conditions (found here)
carefully before registering.
Registration fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% goods and
services tax (GST).

- Daily catering and networking during private coffee/tea breaks and lunch sessions reserved for delegates and event VIPs**
- A ticket to the Opening Night Drinks Reception on Tuesday 16 September
- Summit Name Badge
- Access to the Summit Attendee App
**Note that lunch will not be provided on Thursday
EnergyFest Industry registration which includes:- Attendance at the Planet Sun Documentary (Global Premier) and Post-Show Cocktail Party on Wednesday 22 October at The Capitol Theatre, 13 Swanston Street, Melbourne
- Attendance at the EnergyFest Industry Day on Thursday 23 October at The Edge at Federation Square
- Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea on Thursday 23 October
- Attendance at the EnergyFest Cocktail Party/Dinner on Thursday 23 October at The Terrace @ Fed Square
- Note that EnergyFest Industry registration does not include attendance at the EnergyFest Next Gen music festival on Friday 24 October, tickets for this day should be purchased separately from the event organisers.
